SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

At Gal Diamonds LLC, every piece of jewelry is handled with meticulous care, from design to delivery. We are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is as refined and reliable as the jewelry we create. All shipments are securely packaged and fully insured until safely delivered to you.
1. Processing and Production Time
Orders are typically fulfilled from our New York City showroom and design studio.
If a jewelry piece is not immediately available in stock, please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for production, depending on the complexity of the design and diamond selection.
Each item undergoes careful inspection and quality assurance before shipment.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
All domestic orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as FedEx or UPS, with full insurance coverage.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Estimated delivery time within the U.S. is 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
3. International Shipping & Customs
We offer worldwide shipping to select destinations.
Import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations.
Gal Diamonds partners with FedEx DDP and similar carriers for select customs and tax-handling services.
In such cases, the local carrier branch in your country is responsible for customs clearance and any related duties.
As the Importer of Record, you may be asked to assist with local customs procedures (for example, providing identification or documentation).
In some cases, depending on availability within our international showroom network, your jewelry may be shipped from another Gal Diamonds facility — always under our direct supervision and craftsmanship standards.
All prices on the website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices in other currencies may vary based on exchange rates or external processing fees.
4. Lost or Missing Shipments
We work exclusively with reputable shipping partners to ensure your jewelry arrives securely and on time.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, Gal Diamonds LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement or refund, subject to a completed Lost Shipment Declaration for verification.
5. Returns & Refunds
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every Gal Diamonds creation.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the conditions below.
Eligibility

Most standard (non-custom) jewelry pieces purchased through our website are eligible for return within 30 days of the first delivery confirmation date.

Returned items must be in perfect, unworn condition, free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

The original diamond certificate (GIA or equivalent) and jewelry appraisal must be included with the return.

All original packaging, certificates, and accessories must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom-made or made-to-order pieces

Engraved or personalized jewelry

Resized jewelry (whether by Gal Diamonds or a third party)

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or modification

Final sale items
Return Process

Contact our customer care team at office@gal-diamonds.com within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.

You will receive detailed instructions and a return authorization number (RAN).

Pack your item securely in its original packaging with all certificates and documentation.

Ship the package using a fully insured, trackable courier service.
Returns must be received by Gal Diamonds LLC before a refund can be processed.
We recommend retaining your tracking number until the return has been confirmed.
Refund Timing
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, Gal Diamonds will determine eligibility for a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within approximately 14 business days.
Please note that we cannot process refunds while the return is still in transit or before it arrives at our office.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be available within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible, non-custom pieces.
The exchanged item must meet the same conditions listed under our Return Policy.
Upon receipt and approval, we will begin production of your new jewelry piece.
If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, a corresponding invoice or refund will be issued.
Please note: Only one exchange per order is permitted, and all exchanges are considered final sale.
7. Responsibility & Liability
While we make every effort to ensure safe delivery and accurate order fulfillment, Gal Diamonds LLC cannot be held responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen logistical issues

Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Additional customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees charged by local authorities
