RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Gal Diamonds LLC, every piece of jewelry is crafted with exceptional care and precision.
We want you to be fully delighted with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, our return and refund policy allows you to return eligible items for a refund or exchange under the conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted for most standard, non-custom jewelry purchased directly through www.gal-diamonds.com.

  • Requests must be made within 30 days from the first confirmed delivery date.

  • Items must be in perfect, unworn condition, free from any signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration.

  • All original packaging, diamond certificates (GIA or equivalent), and Gal Diamonds appraisals must be included with the return.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order jewelry pieces

  • Engraved or personalized items

  • Jewelry that has been resized or modified, whether by Gal Diamonds or a third party

  • Final sale items

  • Items missing their original certificates or documentation

Custom jewelry orders are produced specifically for you and therefore cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.


3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer care team at office@gal-diamonds.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, full name, and reason for the return.

  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.

  4. Pack your jewelry securely in its original packaging with all certificates and documents.

  5. Ship your return using a fully insured, trackable courier (we recommend FedEx or UPS).

Please retain your tracking information until the return has been confirmed as received.


4. Inspection and Approval

Once your return is received, our quality assurance team will carefully inspect the item to verify that it meets return conditions.
Items showing any signs of wear, modification, or damage will not be eligible for refund.

Approval or rejection of a return is at the sole discretion of Gal Diamonds LLC.


5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 14 business days after inspection and approval.
Refunds cannot be issued while the return is in transit.
Shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If your payment was made using a financing service (e.g., Affirm, Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, etc.), the refund will be issued through that provider’s system according to their policies.


6. Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your item instead of receiving a refund, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
The exchanged item must meet the same eligibility conditions as a return.
Upon approval, we will begin production of the new piece and adjust payment accordingly if there is a price difference.
Only one exchange is permitted per order, and all exchanges are final sale.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund after reviewing the issue.
All claims for damaged or incorrect items must include clear photographs and the original packaging.


8. Responsibility for Returns

You are responsible for ensuring that returned items are properly packaged, insured, and shipped to the address provided.
Gal Diamonds LLC is not responsible for lost, uninsured, or improperly packaged returns.


9. Store Credit (Refund in Credit Form)

In certain cases, customers may opt to receive a store credit instead of a monetary refund.
Store credits:

  • Are issued in USD and valid for 12 months from the issue date.

  • Can be used toward any future purchase on www.gal-diamonds.com.

  • Cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or extended beyond their validity period.
